The problem

Drawing review is still manual, repetitive, and high-stakes.

Structural teams compare dense PDFs by hand — details, schedules, references, member sizes, dimensions, baseplates, anchors, and revisions across multiple document sets. The issues that slip through become RFIs, rework, delays, change orders, and liability exposure.

The solution

Extract the facts. Compare the documents. Show the evidence.

StructAll extracts key engineering facts from drawings, compares submitted documents against the contract documents, and surfaces the differences with supporting evidence — while engineers and project teams stay in control of every call.

Extract

StructAll reads dense structural drawings and pulls out the key facts — sheets, views, gridlines, elements, details, schedules, and references — instead of leaving you to hunt through PDFs.

Compare

Submitted documents are compared against the contract documents, relationship by relationship — so the comparison is grounded in what answers what, not coincidence of position on a page.

Evidence

Every difference lands with the cropped region from both drawings and the contract-vs-submitted values it came from. Findings you can open and verify, not black-box answers.

In control

Engineers and project teams decide what each finding means. The platform surfaces and explains; flag, resolve, and dismiss stay with the reviewer.

How it works

Two PDFs in. Every delta, triaged and traceable, out.

Step 01

Upload

Drop in the contract set and the submitted set — shop drawings, submittals, or a revision. PDF in, vector or scanned. No manual prep, no plugins.

Upload screen with contract and fabrication slots side by side
Step 02

Compare

StructAll surfaces every difference — dimensional, weld, hole, material, annotation — grouped by the contract-to-submittal relationship it came from, each with cropped evidence.

Step 03

Ask the Agent

Open any delta and ask. The agent reads the actual crops, explains the structural impact in plain English, and can re-run pipeline stages or propose a corrected check — with you in control.

Step 04

Triage and report

Walk the queue: flag, resolve, or dismiss each finding with a note. Export an auditable report — severity breakdown, every finding, contract vs submitted — when the run is closed.

AI agent

An agent that reads the drawings with you.

Not a chatbot bolted onto a PDF. The StructAll Agent is grounded in the same evidence you are — the cropped contract and submitted regions for the difference in front of you.

Evidence-grounded

Every answer cites the page, the crop, and the contract-vs-submitted values it reasoned from. It won't invent a dimension it can't see.

Structural impact

Ask why a 2-inch callout shift or an A572-for-A992 substitution matters. You get the engineering consequence, not a generic summary.

Runs the pipeline

Tell it to re-run a comparison stage or re-extract a region. It executes the tool, streams status, and shows the result inline.

You stay on the hook

It proposes corrected checks and drafts review notes — but flag, resolve, and dismiss are always your call. The reviewer signs off, not the model.

Traceability

Available on graph-enabled runs

A comparison you can defend, not just trust.

StructAll maps each contract element to the submitted response as a reviewable graph — so the comparison is grounded in relationships, not coincidence of position on a page.

Typed relationships

Direct equivalents, derived responses, aggregate and split responses, partial coverage, and missing responses — each one explicit.

Reviewer in control

Accept, reject, or replace any relationship with a written reason. Gaps surface as needs-review instead of silently passing.

Append-only audit trail

Every decision is stamped with who, when, and why. Nothing is overwritten — overrides and events stack into a defensible record.

Projection preview

See how the graph reshapes the result set — matched, traceability-only, legacy-only, needs-review — before it becomes authoritative.

Reliability

Designed for high-liability engineering work.

Drawing review carries real consequences. StructAll is built so every finding is evidence-backed, traceable, and reviewable — and so engineering judgment stays with the reviewer.

Source-linked findings

Every finding points back to the page and the cropped region it came from. Trace any result to its evidence in one click.

Human-in-the-loop

The platform surfaces and explains; the reviewer decides. Flag, resolve, and dismiss are always an engineer's call.

Confidence levels

Findings carry how sure the system is, so reviewers know where to spend attention instead of treating every result the same.

Repeatable workflows

The same extraction and comparison run the same way on every project — consistent review across the team, run to run.

Evidence over black-box

No unexplained verdicts. Each difference comes with the contract-vs-submitted values and the crops behind it.

Judgment stays with you

StructAll makes review faster and more thorough — it does not replace engineering judgment or sign off on anyone's behalf.

For teams

Every project, every run, in one portfolio.

StructAll isn't a one-off diff. It's where your team tracks open deltas across projects and standardizes how every revision gets compared.

Portfolio rollups

Open, critical, and resolved deltas totalled across every project — not buried inside one run at a time.

Status at a glance

Each comparison carries its own state — review, resolved, approved — so nothing stalls without someone seeing it.

One link per run

Stakeholders open the report and see the resolved set, the open RFIs, and the reasoning behind each call.

Consistent process

Every project compares the same way, with the same audit trail — repeatable across the whole team.

What you get

Built around the way structural teams actually review drawings.

Detection

Exhaustive delta detection

Every dimension, weld callout, hole pattern, material spec, and annotation — compared, not sampled.

Evidence

Cropped from the source

Each delta lands with the cropped region from both drawings — localized when possible, page-level fallback when not.

Domain-aware

It speaks structural

Knows the difference between A992 and A572, between a fillet and a CJP, between a tolerance note and a dimension.

Workflow

RFI · Resolve · Dismiss

Triage from the keyboard. Notes attach to deltas, not to PDFs. Your audit trail builds itself.

Output

Exportable comparison report

One auditable report per run — PDF or CSV. Stakeholders see the resolved set, the open RFIs, and the reasoning behind each call.

About

Built by engineers who've done the review.

StructAll combines deep software infrastructure and AI-systems experience with 20 years of structural engineering — reviewing submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and construction-phase documents on complex infrastructure projects.

That combination is the point. We know what a defensible drawing review actually requires, and we're building tooling that respects it — evidence-backed, traceable, and built to keep the engineer of record in control.

FAQ

Common questions.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF in. Both vector and scanned/raster PDFs work — the system OCRs and renders pages as needed.

What counts as a delta?

Any difference that could cause rework: dimensional callouts, material grades, weld sizes and types, hole patterns and diameters, missing components, and annotation changes. Tolerance and revision-stamp changes are flagged too — and you can ask the agent to explain any of them.

What can the AI agent actually do?

It answers questions about a specific delta using the same cropped evidence you see, explains the structural impact, and can run pipeline tools — re-running a comparison stage or proposing a corrected check. It cites the page, crop, and contract-vs-submitted values behind every answer, and it never finalizes triage for you.

What is traceability, and is it on for my account?

Traceability maps each contract element to the submitted response as a reviewable graph (direct equivalents, derived, aggregate and split responses, partial coverage, missing responses). Reviewers accept, reject, or replace relationships with a reason, building an append-only audit trail. It's enabled per-run as we roll it out — ask during the demo whether it's on for your projects.

Is the comparison auditable?

Yes. Triage decisions attach to deltas with notes, and every relationship decision is stamped with who, when, and why — append-only, nothing overwritten. Export a report with the resolved set, the open RFIs, and the reasoning per call.

How is my drawing data handled?

Drawings are stored encrypted in object storage tied to your tenant. Nothing is used to train shared models.

Is there a page limit?

There's no hard cap; throughput scales with plan.

What does it cost?

We're in early-access pricing. Talk to us about your project pipeline and we'll quote.

Can it replace a senior engineer's review?

No. It's built to make that review faster and more thorough. Every delta is presented with evidence and reasoning so the engineer of record stays in the loop and on the hook.
